Customizable Wellness Retreats based in ceremonial intention. Each retreat combines psycho-education, art therapy, guided visualizations, and cultural learning (including language). Participants stay on-site and all meals are provided. Prices will vary depending on the location of the retreat.

Workshops

Single or multi-day workshops can be arranged in any community to address specific needs. Understanding Addiction is one such workshop that was locally designed and delivered to respond to the opioid crisis in community.

These workshops are grounded in and informed by the people and places of Haida Gwaii. Each workshop includes education, self-exploration, cultural learning, and opportunities to dialogue.

Team building and strategic planning sessions can also be designed that utilize ceremony, self-exploration, creative play, education and culture.

Cultural and Clinical Support

Our collective of allied and Haida community support workers can add a qualified local presence to any workshop or presentation your organization may be considering. Having mental health support ready is the only ethical way to deliver trainings and presentations that may be triggering in their nature, such as workshops on suicide or talks on cultural genocide.
