Janet is a Certified Clinical Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. She earned her masters in Creative Arts Therapies from Concordia University in 2004 and has spent the majority of her counselling career practicing on Haida Gwaii, BC. Individual therapy can be in the form of traditional talk therapy, somatic therapy, and deeper psychoanalysis. It can be long-term or short term. Clinical Supervision Services are also available - whether to complete your graduate practicum requirements, meet certain thresholds for certification with a governing body, or to simply inform your own on-going practice. Having supervision is the most ethical way to practice clinical counselling.
